For our guests
House rules
So that everyone feels at home – here are the rules for staying at Chata Erika.
- Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 17:00 on days when the lodge is open (currently Friday – Sunday). Late arrivals are charged €20 – please let us know by phone in advance.
- Check-out is by 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. Please hand in your keys at reception or in the restaurant.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Please respect other guests and the peace of the mountains.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Open fire, candles and camping stoves are not allowed in rooms and apartments. Only use ordinary appliances (chargers, hair dryer).
- Skis, snowboards, sledges and bikes must not be kept in rooms – please use the designated storage shown by our staff.
- Children must be supervised by an adult in the lodge and its surroundings.
- Damage to the property must be reported and paid for by the guest responsible.
- When leaving your room close the windows, switch off lights and appliances and lock the door. We are not liable for valuables left in rooms.
- Driving up: the no-entry sign at the Zlatá Idka barrier does not apply to overnight guests. We recommend the route via Zlatá Idka – it is asphalt all the way to the lodge.
- Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before arrival; later cancellations are charged 100% of the price.
- Nature: the lodge sits in precious mountain nature. Please sort your waste into the bins provided and do not light fires outside designated places.
Thank you for helping to create a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. If you have any questions, ask our staff or call +421 904 222 421.
